Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AdTurbo processes and how it is used inside the ads operations workspace.

Data We Process

AdTurbo may process account profile information, team membership data, connected advertising account identifiers, advertiser names, campaign entities, ad groups, ads, pixels, creative assets, videos, performance metrics, automation rules, logs, and platform OAuth tokens.

TikTok Ads Authorization Data

When a user authorizes TikTok Ads access, AdTurbo may receive and store access tokens, refresh tokens, advertiser IDs, advertiser names, account metadata, campaign and ad delivery data, creative asset metadata, and reporting metrics for the authorized advertiser accounts.

This data is used only to provide ads management, reporting, creative workflow, automation, diagnostics, and account access features requested by authorized workspace users.

Google Ads Authorization Data

When a user authorizes Google Ads access, AdTurbo may receive and securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens, Google Ads customer and manager account identifiers, account metadata, campaigns, ad groups, ads, YouTube video asset metadata, conversion configuration, and reporting metrics for accounts the user is permitted to manage.

Google Ads data is used only to provide the visible account connection, campaign management, creative upload, reporting, diagnostics, and automation features requested by authorized AdTurbo workspace users. AdTurbo does not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated purposes.

Google Drive Authorization Data

When an administrator connects Google Drive, AdTurbo securely stores OAuth access and refresh tokens and may process file and folder names, identifiers, metadata, permissions, comments, and file content selected for authorized creative and operational workflows.

Google Drive data is used only for actions requested by authorized workspace users, such as finding creative files and sending an approved video to an advertising platform. AdTurbo does not sell Google Drive data, expose OAuth credentials to agents, or use Drive content for unrelated purposes.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide campaign management, ad measurement, performance reporting, creative management, automation rules, account access control, support, security, and operational logs.

AdTurbo does not sell advertising platform data and does not use connected advertiser data outside the authorized workspace functionality.

Third-Party Platforms

Users may connect advertising accounts through platform authorization flows. Access is limited to the permissions granted by the user, the advertiser account, and the advertising platform.

AdTurbo is an independent software product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Google, or other supported advertising platforms.

Security and Retention

The application uses authenticated access, HTTPS, role-based team permissions, server-side API handling, and private database storage. OAuth tokens and operational data are retained only as needed to provide the requested app functionality or comply with support and security obligations.

Users can request disconnection, token removal, account deletion, or privacy support by contacting support@adturbo.app.
